Led by former Tokyo University of the Arts professor Tatsuhiko Nishioka, “Sound Creek” is a collaborative sound installation for 58 speakers installed through a 165-meter connecting corridor at Keisei Ueno Station, Tokyo. The project brings together musicians and composers affiliated with Tokyo University of the Arts, and presents a day-long soundscape that consists of sound design and music from over 20 different cultures. The work, which has been in operation since March 31, 2020, spans the entire length of a recently refurbished corridor that connects the Keisei Main Line/Narita Sky Access and Ginza train lines, and features acoustic design that elicits a unique sense of space.

『Sound Creek（音の小川）』は京成上野駅と東京メトロ銀座線上野駅を繋ぐ地下通路のための58スピーカーによるインスタレーション作品である。

「時報の音楽」とオープニング、クロージングの音楽は、東京藝術大学音楽学部音 楽環境創造科と大学院音楽研究科音楽音響創造の教員、学生、海外の共同研究 者、そして、この学科を卒業して世界で活躍する留学生が中心となって制作しました。 この特別な音響空間「Sound Creek（音の小川）」に、世界の国々を象徴する 20 種類 の個性的な音楽が流れます。

“Spatium Sonum Aeternum” is a specially-commissioned sound installation work for project anon.’s Bach X Reimagined, a series of concerts programmed as part of the National Gallery of Victoria’s Escher x nendo exhibition.
The work is a 4-channel surround looped soundscape utilizing motifs from Bach chorales, electronically processed and manipulated together with a range of synthesized ambient sounds. The soundscape is part of the space directly outside the Escher x nendo exhibition entrance, and is in operation every Friday night as part of the NGV Friday Nights event series, which runs from December 2018 to April 2019.

"dear alma: part 1 & 2" is a video work utilizing 8mm film and a 5-speaker surround sound system. 
Drawing on ideas from concepts such as the inevitable decay of visual and aural memory, the film praises the incompleteness and transience of humanity, and endeavors to highlight the musical quality behind spoken language.

「dear alma: part 1 & 2」は５つのスピーカーによるサラウンド音響を用いた、８ミリフィルムの映像作品である。 視覚的または聴覚的な記憶の曖昧さ、不完全さや儚さなどの概念を賛美するこの作品は、語りを音楽として表現した音楽的映像詩のような試みである。

Collaborating with contemporary dancers Saori Hala & Yu Okamoto and lighting artist Yuuki Ito, 「uninstall / disassemble」is a 30-minute sound composition performed as part of the closing event for a Robert Frank exhibition held at Tokyo University of the Arts in November 2016. The piece utilised electronic drones, analog tape loops, and various environmental sounds, played through a 6-speaker surround sound setup.

「uninstall / disassemble」は、2016年11月に東京藝術大学で行われた「Robert Frank: Books and Films 1947-2016 in Tokyo」のクロージングイベントのために制作された30分のパフォーマンスである。音楽は電子ドローン、アナログのテープや環境音を用いた6コのスピーカーによるライブエレクトロニクスの曲。
